To begin, complete and submit an agreement. For commerical cleans, this acts as a hold-harmelss rather than a vacation rental clean:

1) Full legal name and DBA.

2) Full property address including unit number(s)

3) Signature

Please complete the IRS Form W9, request for taxpayer identification and certification.

Once we have completed the clean, please provide us your initial feedback so we can fine-tune how we handle your property.
