Property Onboarding

Use this step-by-step list to guide you through the client onboarding process. Don't forget to complete your Property Onboarding Checklist along the way.

  • Print this checklist as a guide - date and initial each checkpoint as you build the clients' property folder.

    Once completed, complete the online form to submit for approval. Upload the finalized document to the client's folder.

  • Print this stock list to assist you with the initial inventory and stock of a new unit.

    Once completed, complete the online form to submit and upload the finalized inventory to the client's folder.

  • Use this email template to respond to all inquiries that do not already have a quoted amount.
